Use actual showers for modeling

Load real and/or predictive shower data, such as from buienradar.nl (or other weather stations), into the Tygron Platform and use it as input for the Water Module. Rainfall can now be configured as areas distributed over the project area. Up to 100 areas are supported, allowing e.g. moving rain showers.
