The Tygron Engine can import multiple public and private data sources when creating a new project.
When you create a new Project we have a worldwide coverage of Public Data Sources to get you started. These include elevation maps, buildings, roads and terrains. For specific regions like the Netherlands these also include information about traffic, crops, statistical data, etc.
You can also extend this process by adding Geo Plugins connecting to your own (private) data sources. Or import many different formats using the GEO Data Wizard from ArcGIS Online, a Catalog Service (CSW) or just local files.
The plugins can also be used to convert data into the right object and filter out specific attributes.
The Geo-Plugins can also be used in templates, this way you can create a template for new projects which then automatically imports the data and coverts it to the right objects.
The data model represents all the elements that can be edited and simulated in the Tygron Engine. They can be manipulated in various ways, e.g. GIS, Tygron Client or API:
Current Situation: • Buildings • Terrains • Neighborhoods • Zoning • Plots • Areas • Networks • Overlays • Indicators • Panels • Globals
Future Design: • Actions • Measures • Parametric • Attribute Action • Levees • Upgrade Types • Events
